This position is primarily responsible for selling car care products such as but not limited to Ceramic Pro, Americana, KAVACA PPF, Ceramic Pro KAVACA tint to automotive, marine, and industrial businesses and establishments or individuals over the telephone by performing the following duties personally.

• Using our CRM you should track and follow up on leads daily as well as report progress to management on a weekly basis. CRM will be used to record all customer interactions.
• Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from Ceramic Pro Leads, trade shows, business directories, Internet Web sites, and other sources.
• Handles inbound sales lead calls to convert calls into sales.
• Overcomes technical and business objections of prospective customers.
• Provides product demos to qualified customers on request.
• Emphasizes salable features, quotes prices and credit terms, and prepares sales orders for orders obtained.
• Estimates date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of own firm’s production and delivery schedules.
• Builds and maintains customer relationships.
• Prepares reports of business transactions.
• Enters new customer data and other sales data for current customers into the computer database.
• Investigates and resolves customer problems with deliveries.
